The judgment of Maravia’s factory trained experts is final as to the extent of liability or need for repair or replacement.

The parties agree that the owner’s sole and exclusive remedy against Maravia shall be for repair or replacement as provided herein. The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profit, lost sales or any other incidental or consequential loss) shall be available to the buyer. The buyer and user of a Maravia product is responsible for determining its suitability for any and all selected uses and assumes all risks in connection therewith.
