HOW DO YOU TRACK YOUR ORDER YOU MIGHT ASK?
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages once they are ready for shipment and will appear along with your order information. There is often a delay between our shipping department assigning your tracking number and the carrier uploading that information into their system, this is normal so have no fear your river goodies are on the way! Just keep checking back with the appropriate carrier FedEx, UPS, or USPS and they will normally have that information available for your tracking pleasure in a short amount of time.
THE SKINNY ABOUT TRACKING INFORMATION AND YOUR ORDER STATUS
Maravia will keep you updated on the status of your order. This only means the progress of your order from the time it arrives here in beautiful Boise, ID until the time we have it in a box and ready to send your way. Once your order leaves our caring hands it will be in the hands of FedEx, UPS, or USPS, who will provide all future information regarding tracking your package. Through your Order History you will be able to get the assigned tracking number so you can go to the applicable carrier’s website and find out when to get excited about your new gear arriving on your doorstep, which is when the real fun begins! ** Please note there are often delays from the time that we assign a tracking number to your package and when the carrier is able to upload that information into their tracking system.

Shipping rates will be processed as TBD (to be determined) once your gear is packaged and in our shipping department, we will contact you prior to shipping to let you know the exact cost. Shipping may require additional transit days.

Flammable items are not available for shipment outside of the Unites States. Flammable items cannot be shipped via. Air so they can not be expedited or shipped to AK, HI, or out of the country.
