13′ Torrent

The Torrent is based off the design of its sister raft, the Willy Willy. It provides the same interior width space for cargo that a 14′ raft does minus room for one box. 13′ length shortens the straight section by a foot. Great for paddling and keeps you from colliding with each other. It is a popular craft for anglers wanting more space and maneuverability down tight, rocky rivers. In higher water the shape is very stable and nimble when needing to move quick. It’s a great compliment to our most popular 13′ rafts widening it to the platform of a 14′ raft.

The New 13’6″ Maravia Prime is just that: “Prime for rowing, fishing, multi-day expeditions and paddling all water levels.” Larger than its Scout cohort, the Prime will hold up to a 38” box and 110 Yeti Cooler. The 76” straight section can accommodate a 4-bay frame if you want extra bay storage or 3-bay to have more room in the bow and stern.

The Maravia Scout is perfect for tight squeezes on multi-day expeditions or install 3 thwarts and it will be your go-to for splashy fun. The Scout outshines other models in low water conditions and paddle boating being that it’s very nimble, reacts quickly and easy to maneuver through rapids. The diminishing tubes allow for more room in the bow and stern and lower profile in the wind. The 70” long straight section creates a perfect platform for an oversize box and cooler and 2-3 people when rowing. Install up to 3 thwarts and you have a fun paddle rig for up to 7.

This one’s YOUR baby! The Willy-Willy was created for you and by you. The new design is inspired by one of our most popular rafts, the Williwaw 1. You asked for it, so we filled the gap between the narrower Diablo and the wider Zephyr. The Willy-Willy is perfectly sized to accommodate a 40” drybox and larger cooler. Since the straight section is longer than the Williwaw 1, you may choose to fit oversized boxes or use the extra space for leg room. Row it with 4 or paddle with 7. 14’6″ New Wave 3

If you are looking for an in-between length, the New Waves are for you. Built with the same strong base material and coated with the same tough urethane as all Maravias, these rafts come in 12’6″, 13’6″ and 14’6″ lengths.

Our New Wave series has the same “round” shape and construction as our Wind series. The New Waves are an excellent choice for those on a budget. This series has 3 chambers instead of 4 and does not come with top chafe strip. They also have 2 handles and 6 d-rings making the New Wave a more affordable option.

The New Wave 3 works for 6-7 paddlers or for 3 people and gear on oar trips. Each New Wave has attachments for three thwarts. The flat one-piece self-bailing floor is six inches thick with drop stitch cores.

For more than three decades the Williwaw models have been top sellers at Maravia. Thousands of Maravia Williwaw owners can’t be wrong. Williwaws have been tested and proven on whitewater the world over.

The Williwaw design is proportioned for performance, cargo capacity and a dry ride.

The Williwaw 1 is 14 feet long with 20″ diameter tubes. Comes standard with attachments for three thwarts. With a rowing frame, the “Willy One” can comfortably carry 2-3 with gear, or will paddle with 2-8 adults.

The Willy One works well for day and overnight trips.
